Jihad (جِهَاد) is a Muslim term in Arabic that means "holy war". Originally, this term is describing the efforts of the Muslim believer to be a better Muslim (an internal struggle), but it is accepted today by too many Muslims as a war of all the non Muslims.

I do not think that Christianity and Judaism have an equal term.

I think we call it Armageddon.

Revelation 16:16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

Revelation 16:17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.

Revelation 16:18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.

Revelation 16:19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.

Revelation 16:20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.

^The guy up there is right that the crusades were a christian holy war, but Jihad is (I believe) an arabic word, so it basically just refers to Islamic holy wars...and as far as i know the jewish have never really fought any holy wars......at least i dun think....

Not formally. Although, for the record Charlemagne basically conducted one on the germanic tribes. He offered them a choice be baptized or be beheaded.
Note the Crusades were for the occupation of land, not the destruction of a faith.
