You have to eat or you WILL get a headache. That's your body telling you " Hey- I need some food- can you get me something?" Your body needs food for energy and nutrition to work at peak capacity.
First thing- eat a good breakfast. It's been proven that it's easier to stay on your "diet" when you have breakfast, it's essential to losing weight and keeping it off, and you will lose more and faster if you eat something in the morning for your system to work on ( plus, the more you eat during the day, the less you end up wanting to eat at night).
Next, simply choose foods that are good for you. Fruit, yogurt, vegetables, salads, sandwiches- stay away from chips, candy, pastries, sugary sodas- all the "good" stuff ( wink ); and try to keep the fast food/junk food down to once a week.

Skipping meals is not a good way to lose weight. If you skip meals your body thinks that it is starving, and it actually creates reserves (read: fat) from the food that it does get. A much better way to lose weight is to eat healthy foods that are low in calories and exercise.
I am concerned by your questions about weight loss. If you are too worried about it, especially if you are missing meals, you could have an eating disorder. You might want to consider talking to a mental health professional to help you get your weight in proper perspective. And you can talk to a doctor, nutritionist, or personal trainer to help you figure out healthy weight-loss strategies.

First of all Dieting does not mean not eating. Don't skip meals!!! You just need to eat differently. Instead of soda, drink water. Instead of chips eat fruit. Your body needs food for energy, and in fact to burn fat and absorb vitamins. You can't not eat. If you truly want to lose weight it takes time. You need to do it healthy by changing WHAT you eat!! Add in 20-30 minutes of exercise and there is no reason for you not to be eating..... headache problem solved.

You can't drive a car without fuel...Same thing goes for your body. Eat smaller meals throughout the day. Watch your portion sizes. Exercise. Make sure youre getting enough protein.

dont not eat! ever.if your body does not recieve much food,it stores up as much of the fat as it can when you do feed it.
the best way to stay healthy and fit is to eat the right food(whole grains,vegis,fruits etc.)and do regular exercise.if you get a headache,your obviously doing somthing wrong...

you should never miss lunch.... it's ok to miss dinner because at night you won't need much energy .... during breakfst eat sumthng light and always have a balance of the things you eat and exercise.....
