alcohol causes dehydration in the body. when consumed in large quantities it even removes water from the brain. after such nights of fun you should consume 2-3 glasses of water, pain killers are not necessary.

There are a couple of factors involved. The first is that alcohol kills brain cells. And that never makes your head feel too great. The second is that alcohol also dehydrates your body. Just as, when you go out in the sun on a hot summer day and your body dehydrates, you end up with a humdinger of a headache. When you dehydrate your body with alcohol you get the same reaction.

Because you are probably on your way to alcoholism. Social drinkers do not have blackouts, forgetting what you did. Headaches are part of a hangover which is a mild form of alcohol withdrawal.

Umm, it's called a hangover. And if you're getting so drunk you black out you may want to take a look at the level of alcohol you're consuming.

You are dehydrated, before you go too bed drink a couple large glasses of water. You`ll still feel like crap but not as bad as if you hadn`t.
