I noticed that, like Chinese,Japenese and Koreans, all look kind of similar, because they are all next to eachother. Malaysians,Filipinos, and Indonesians all kind of look like eachother too, what about Vietnamese people?

Out of those, Koreans. But each race has slightly different features.
