me and my ex do not want to deal with the courts with our custody agreement and we are looking arount on the internet for the free papers but are unable to find any. Does anybody know where i can get some papers so we can get this taken care of??

Your family courts may have a self-help center and/ or free attorney consultation appointments, call them to check on that and if so, the self-help centers have packets of all forms that require filing as well as a menu of fees that each filing will cost you.

Did you try going to the Friend of the Court?

I filed in Macomb County, MI, so that is where I take care of those matters. I go in, take a number and go to the desk when called.

They can give you forms, or set up appointments with the case worker assigned with you from the divorce. No court needed.
