Ok buddy, Im not gonna give you the answer but i'll give you a hint. Math is a hard thing but you have to put your part so I'll help but you need to do some thinking yourself to understand how and why. This is a pretty tough question and as you know, it is NOT pi(r^2)h as others have listed. Good luck with your homework.

Volume = (8) int (from 0 to r) sqr root of (R^2-y^2)*(r^2-y^2) dy.

hole is a cylinder its volume (v) = pi *r^2*diameter of the cylinder v= pi*r^2*(2*R)
