Good bye flat stomach and Hello gas/ constipation/clumsy/huge cow walking person with no way to control emotions and craves some pretty strange foods you will probably never want to touch again after the birth. At first little things can make you nauseous. You feel like you have the flu, tired. The baby actually feels like gas bubbles when it moves, until you can recognize the difference later on when you are just praying to get this baby out of you before you completely loose your figure for the rest of your natural life. Pregnancy is fun at first, then you just want it to be done with, so tired of looking like you do. Noticing the changes in your appearance. Can't lay on your stomach anymore when your stomach gets too big. Scared to have sex. No desire to have sex. Cry at the drop of a hat. High blood pressure. Why can't they make a seat belt attachment for pregnant women? Sorry to go on and on...hope this helps.

It depends on your situation. If you are pregnant, you are married, you planned for this child, your mate supports you 100%, then yes, your pregnancy will be the most wonderful experience you ever had. But, who says life is perfect? If you are a single, don't work, didn't finish high school, the baby's daddy is gone, among other things, you may have second thoughts about this baby in the beginning. However, as the time goes by, and you feel this baby inside you wiggling around, poking your stomach softly, stretching, and sleeping, your feelings may change. For some women, they regret this baby from day one, and give them up for adoption. Others, do not have support from immediate family members and decide to dump their babies in dumpsters. So you see, it all depends in your situation. Babies dont ask anyone to be brought into this world. It is not their fault, therefore the mother should consider what's in the baby's best interest and act upon it. Babies cannot survive without care.

Downsides to pregnancy, and this does not happen to everybody:
back pain, morning sickness during the first couple of months, acid reflux, swollen ankles, and heartburn. These symptoms do not happen all at once, thank God, so don't be discouraged by this.

My daughter is 2 years old now. Even with my family's support, it was a little difficult. I always told myself I was going to be one of those women with no children. I just dont like kids, period. I do not have the patience. But you know what, when they start learning to do things on their own, you have such sense of accomplishment, is undescribable.

I hope this helped a bit.

Being pregnant is the most wonderful thing you can experience in life as a woman. This is my first pregnancy and there are some rough times but for the most part its so amazing to know you have a little one growing inside of you. It*s also alot easier when your significant other is there right by your side and as excited as you are.

yes you do. i am 34 weeks now. at the beginning of the pregnancy you might not gonna be aware of what it is inside you. until the belly starts growing and the baby starts kicking. my baby already wakes me up in the morning with alot of kicking. mothers have a bigger connection to the baby as the fathers, since the mothers get to feel the baby inside them and the fathers only from the outside. it is a wonderful feeling to be pregnant, knowing that there is a little person growing with each day inside you. your own flesh and blood. i cant wait to welcome my little boy into our family.

From the time you find out there is a motherly instinct to protect that life inside you. There is defiantly a connection from the get go.To feel the baby move does not get much better than that.I have two..girl 14 & boy 12.

Absolutely you feel like you have a connection with the baby. I wasn't even sure I was pregnant and found myself talking to my baby. (I have had other occasions I suspected I was pregnant and NEVER did that before)
First you feel scared.
Then you feel excited
then you feel the baby move and you feel more connected to it than before
then you get really big and feel miserable..

Definately!

When I was pregnant with my daughter I thought my water had broken at 35 weeks so I went to the hospital to have it checked. They put me on the monitors and immediately she started squirming and her heart rate went up to 180. You could tell she didn't like being on the monitor. I placed my hand on her bottom and rubbed it through my belly and softly told her "It's okay baby. Mama's got you." Immediately she settled down and her heart rate went to 135 and there was no more squirming. I remember thinking to myself "She knows me!" It was so awesome.

I am only 7 weeks pregnant with my third now but I still catch myself patting and rubbing my tummy. It's a simply miraculous to know that a baby is growing inside of you. Despite the morning sickness and discomforts I don't think it will ever get old to me.

It's a really strange feeling the first time a baby kicks. I've had 2 kids, and both times, neither one of them were laying in the front where you'd think they would be. They laid on the side, so I always looked like I was carrying some sort of weird growth on my side, and it moved.

I have had 3 pregnancies. All mine were great. I love carrying my kids and felt a connection to them from the Early stages on to delivery.
