Everyone is different and unique, but yes it is normal, it is a double crown, I have seen someone with 4 cowlicks on the back of someones head and the only way we could really cut his hair was clipper cut. There is nothing wrong with the person that has these. It is just your unique self. It has nothing to do with your temper, I will admit I have a short fuse at times and I do not have a 2 cowlicks (or double crown). My cowlick is actually in the bang (or now called the fringe area) area.

No, there's not. I have a cowlick on the right side, and am right-handed, but I have seen people with mismatched side-hand connections. Also, I'm an angry person, and I only have one cowlick. Some people I've seen with two were the sweetest people ever.
So, there you go.

I don't think those are true things you heard. I have one on the right bottom of my head, my son is right at the widow's peak and my daughter has on at the top left of her head. I think it is the way you are stationed in the womb and the follicles never recover.
