What do you think of having to live next to someone who gets up early in the morning often & goes out...?

... when you are just trying to sleep. Don't you think that's kind of disturbing and annoying? What do you call this kind of person?

I don't think he is an early riser. I don't think he has much concept or regards for time. He is just something else, I don't know what you call that.

quiet and considerate
when going about
his/her morning chores
so that the later riser
may continue to sleep
happily and undisturbed.

i would call him a morning person
