I was alone last Christmas as I was told my family that lives with me that they were going to stay home. They decided to go over a friend’s house and left me alone. I would have accepted invitations I received earlier if I had known that this was going happen.

I've never been even close to alone. I have seven siblings & we try to all get to my mother's house (along with our families) for Christmas Eve. On Christmas Day, my wife & I host for her side of the family. You're right, nobody should be alone for Christmas.

I've never been alone all day on Christmas Day. My parents and brother come over for breakfast and we have lunch with my aunt and uncle. But after that my daughter goes to her dad's house so I end up the the afternoon and evening all to myself.
No one should be completely alone on Christmas!
