i couldn't get past zero's missions and i was up to flying school, so i ignored the missions and went killing everyone, i accidently kiiled two of his girlfriends.
then i just began playing a new game, nearly a year later, i deleted all the memory and started from the begining, a few weeks later, i finished it.
