Is there a special story behind why you got it?

I don't have it yet, but i'm going to get a black band around my arm between my elbow and writs... i play guitar and people look there often, it just looks cool. I've had something there filling its place (the spraypaint keeps comming off) but it will be really cool.

I have 5 tattoos. My favorite is the one on my left shoulder blade. It's an egyptian anhk (cross) with the sun coming through it. It's black shaded in grey. The cross means eternity so to me it means, "forever my son" I got this right after I had my son.
I sketched it myself and took it into the tattoo parlor and about a month after I had it, my friend from college emailed me and sent me the a website showing the singer Anastacia with the exact same tat on her lower back. What are the odds?!?

I have a daisy-chain on the 2nd and 3rd toe of my left foot. I have a smiling sunflower (about the size of a quarter) on the outside of my right ankle and a chinese character for my name on the inside of the same ankle (about the size of a nickel). I went in to get a lady bug done on my big toe and he asked if he could freehand something. It was orginally going to go from between the two toes and across my foot and end in an ankle band, but the toes were too painful i didn't want to do anymore! LOL It's my favorite one, it fits me. haha - no special story behind it really - i guess according to a poster on the board you got this idea from that makes me an idiot -ha - but it's me!

the marilyn monroe on my right arm. i've wanted that tattoo for almost 10 years and it took me nearly that long to find the perfect picture for it.

I only have one and I love it. It's world peace: a peace sign superimposed on the earth. I got it to symbolize my belief that the road to peace starts with my own life.

my favorite tat is my led zeppelin swan song on my back.
not only is it a symbol of one of my favorite bands but...
if your not familiar with it..it's an angel with broken wings falling from grace....
this is something that seems to happen to me quite often in life...
falling from grace...not in the eyes of god but in the eyes of family and peers.
