Make yourself administrator. Do not allow changes without your permission.

I think Norton Antivirus or Norton Internet Security has parental control.

In Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options. Check out the Security, Privacy, and Content tabs. Set Security to high.

Under Content, click "Enable." Set what you will or will not allow, then control it with a password.

Depends if your child cleared his cache/files/cookies.

C:\Documents and Settings\"AccountName"\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\ and you could get a clue from there.

If you want to make sure, install programs like NetNanny or install firewalls that block access to undesirable websites beforehand.

go into tools, internet options, settings, view files. you will see a track of all the websites viewed.
