Pulled over for erratic driving.
Tested .08 - and arrested for DUI.
She claims she hadn't eaten all day and was out to get a burger because she was hungry.
She states it was nothing.
My thoughts - a DUI is not nothing! She should face the same consequences any plain Jane or Joe would face.

When I was reading the paper today there was an article saying her recent arrest for drunk driving probably wouldnt ruin her image. Yeah, they are probably right. The article went on to say she would probably get a much needed publicity boost from the incident. Being a celeb must suck. Whatever

DUI, Breathalyzer say she was a .08 She say she had only one cup of wine. .08 because she been working all day and nothing to eat.
