i have dark eyes that can make anyone feel weird (when i want to get a point out) but i dont no how to do it all the time

Buy a Kohl pencil. It is a soft coloured pencil that you can put on the inside of your eyes.....it accentuates them. You can buy them in all kinds of colours.

if you have brown eyes::: use a navy eyeshadow on the lash line. if blue eyes::: use teal eyeshadow near the lash line. green::: lilac blue eyeshadow near the lash line and hazel::: a light blue near the lash line

well, u could try dark eyeliner and mascara. go for a smoky look.
