Lets say that years in the future William becomes King is married and late in his wifes pregnacy he passes. The baby is born producing an heir. what would be the process of sucession? Since the next born heir would of course need to grow into adulthood, would Harry become King until the child became of proper age? What is that age? or would Williams son or daughter be passed over to be King or Queen.?

His (William's) son/daughter would be HRH the Crown Prince(ss) so-and-so and Harry would be HRH the Prince Regent until his Nephew/Niece came of age (18).

This is listed under the rules of succession.

Until the baby reached adulthood, a regent would be appointed to rule in the baby's stead. It could be Prince Harry or another royal who would get the appointment. A regent is not a king.

Good answer from AdamKadmon. But remember, Parliament can change the law at any time.
