It's still quite popular, and it has been for five years or so, but how much longer do you think the game will last?

i think yugioh sucks.people like you should not watch yugioh

Who can tell? The show sucks. Not the original show but Yu-Gi-Oh GX. The game is suffering because we're getting most of the cards from GX. The only good things to come of GX have been the Cyber Dragon cards. Also, the constant banning and unbanning is making the game environment more and more unstable. UDE/Konami/Shueisha seems to believe that disabling every OTK/FTK will make decks more diverse. I think a permanent banned list should be in order and the current system should be abolished.
To the guy above me...Yu-Gi-Oh cards were created as a caricature of Magic: The Gathering. In fact it was originally called Magic & Wizards. The name was changed for obvious reasons.

Yugioh is a spin on Tarro cards revolving around the predictable battling between monsters, originally popularized by Pokemon and further carried into existance by Digimon. Yugioh, in my opinion, is just another offspring of the 'monster battles' craze amongst children.

I think yugioh isn't that popular anymore. The GX series suck and the card game sucks now too. In my opinion, only little kids like yugioh now.

the game will last as long as people play. and it doesn't really suck. it just got played out. the show is wack now but kids definitely still play. it prolly won't last as long as like dungeons and dragons or anything like that but it'll prolly always have a following.

It is still awsome except for the new GX it sucks.
