"how do you get a guy that you like to notice you?"
Is that correct? If so here is my best answer;
Notice him! ta da!
Belive it or not Sarah boys are people too. Sometimes they act bizarre and strange but they have basicly the same desires that we have. They like to be noticed and talked to and "petted" (means admired and complimented)
If I am guessing your age correctly, I would imagine that boys of the same age group (12-17) find it difficult to express admiration.
It may be that this boy notices you already, but he does not know how to let you know.
That said the most important thing to remember is:
"Just be yourself"
mostly because if he notices you and likes you already he wont want you to change, and if he doesn't like you for yourself, you don't need him there are plenty of great ones out there, and you've got plenty of time.
