I have no idea what this question means.

I am free to do lots of things. The U.S. government, the government of the State of Mississippi, and the little municpal government of my tiny town put very few constraints on me. If I obey the laws, I am pretty much free to do whatever else I want as far as the government is concerned. The same is true for women.

If I went outside and got in my car and drove to montana. No governments would know or care.

If I went to the store and bought a fifth of whiskey and fed it to my cat, no governments would notice.

Free in any way? Sure, lots of ways?
Free in every way vis-a-vis the government? of course not

Well....the bill of rights puts limits on government power over individuals. that counts for something.

men get way more rights and it shouldn't be that way cause women are away more help to society these days and Im only 13 so I got no idea wat I talkin about
