How many other people out there are still allowed to share their opinion on anything (sports in this case) after showing such terrible judgement...no fewer than three times...in the past? Would anyone read a book by Roise O'Donnell about attractive, physically fit, heterosexual relationships?

Thanks for the first 5 answers - I agree that he knows football...so is that the reason that nobody holds him accountable for his actions off the field and the fact that he has continued to lie about his most recent incident?

Because he knows football.
To answer your Rosie O'donnell question, no.

Remember when he played his last game at The Vet, injured his neck and everyone cheered? I was one of them. I don't like un-convicted criminals like that being allowed to make millions and being ballyhooed. It's bad enough that he played for the Cowboys but his off-the-field activity isn't what kids should be exposed to and the only reason that is possible is that he still had a job.

Simple!
Because he is from the U!
Because of Mike, college coached started breeding stronger, taller dbacks and NFL started drafting these big backs. Mike was the best receiver off the line period, most physical great speed and hands. And yeah he pushed off from time to time but that was his game. I hate the cowboys as much as the next person but Mike was the man!

I like Miami 'Canes football, even tho Ohio State is my first, foremost, and forever football team.

The guy could really play football.

Irvin is just as big of a jerk / jackass as Deion Sanders, T. O.,
and all these other ***-clowns who are making COMPLETE FOOLS of themselves lately in public.

I take his football opinions seriously.

Mike was the heart and soul of 3 Super Bowl championship teams.

Because he was the "playmaker"

He usually makes sense when he's talking football.

Would I let him 'borrow' my car? NO

Would I take tax advice or stock tips from him? NO

He knows football. Plus he tells good stories.

PS I've always HATED the cowboys too, and I like him.

Are you kidding? He would desire to have reported you to the police if that got here approximately. i think of its a grimy shame to coach your weapon and the guy being shown does not say something approximately it. he's not the nicest guy contained in the worldwide, yet in all probability noticeably silly to no longer checklist you to the police..

You may take Michael Irvin seriously only if you have snorted cocaine off the belly of a stripper.

The guy's a lying, whoremonger dope addict that was an excellent football player. I don't watch him on ESPN, can't stand the sound of his voice.
