Beauty comes in different ways. There's the inner beauty, or character and the physical beauty which is much more evident. Beauty is usually inherited. So , i guess you can attribute it to good genes.

It's all relative to your own individual perceptions.
Such generalisations dont stand up to reality. Take for instance Moira Hindley, Is/was she beautiful?
There are many people one might consider beautiful, but then there are probably many more one would consider downright ugly, whether physically, or otherwise.
