i can't create a new folder in my yahoomail. I currently have two and i know i can have more than that. However, the little pointer in "move, forward, reply" tabs are faded. It means i can't use the drop down list. Does anyone know what is wrong and how to fix it?

Only advice I have is if you don't have your virus protection on, turn it on, you could have a virus that is causing this problem...good luck.

It seems like having a problem with Yahoo Mail scripts. Try to disable Javascript and then enable it. else switch your yahoo mail to a new beta version of yahoo so all the script will run properly.

either ur browser is old or ur system is low on resources.
Recently yahoo has made many upgrades to its mail service which require latest browsers..so get urself the latest firefox or opera or get a windows update for IE(i wouldn't realy recommend that)

Dunno...I can't send any emails from my yahoo account. Not sure what is wrong with it. Driving me crazy though!! Sorry I was no help...Good luck!
