If he is still in office at the time it happens, otherwise the next president will cuase it, it doesn't matter who the president is at this point, we'll get attacked either way, because the islamic fascists hate mostly just America at this point.

Jeremy, how does your brain come up with '100% responsible for the last one'? I don't remember Bush doing anything at all to the Middle East before 9/11 other than just being president. Unless of course they were just mad over Israel still getting money.

Oh, and uh.....'moran'? check your spelling dude, that's an Irish surname.

The republicans back into a corner and get feisty whenever they are reminded of how good things were here on the homefront with clinton at the helm. (Not that Clintons foreign policies were to much better.) I just answered a question wherein a conservative tried to relate his blow j o b scandal to al-quaida. its the same far fetched logic that Bush uses to assert that Saddam and Bin-Laden were in cahoots! Hilarious and sad that so many americans can make that illogical leap! As long as there are so many americans who have no critical thinking skills and who form their poitical opinions from Rush there will be these foolish remarks and beliefs.

Considering he was 100% resonsible for the first one yes he will be.

George W. Bush is a moran. He should be impeached and executed for high treason of the United States of America.

Hes too stupid to think, he paid his way through elementry, middle, high school. and college, if not he would be stuck in the first grade!

He was never elected either time. He LOST the popular vote TWICE!

Oh yeah, repuglicans never take the blame for their screwups, it is always the democrats fault. Clinton being the best president I have seen in over 40 years is always a target for everything.

Bush was in office 8 months,Clinton was in office 8 years ...you do the math,it is Clinton's fault ,you just going to have a very hard time swallowing the truth but you'd better because if it wasn't for Bush the fighting would be over here and Clinton if he was in office would let it,Clinton's such a woos,he went to Canada to evade the draft,Bush was in the the reserves, which is a branch of the army,Canada is not..................duh

he will be gone mostly for a long time and will not be made accountable for something that happens after his presidency expires. he might be sentenced in a court of law.
