I got a no-fee, 0% balance transfer for 12 months w/ citicards. (I think it's the "simplicity" card.)

The customer service kept screwing stuff up - but at least I got the rate!

Sometimes if you talk to your current credit card companies they'll waive the fees (especially if you say you're going to close the account and use another company!)

try citibank
they don't charge a transfer fee and offer 12 months no interest.

Capital One will probably be one of the best.

Best thing to do would be get a bank loan and pay it off. With a bank loan you eventually pay off the interest.
