Is anyone else astounded, freightend, concerned by the inability of many who ask and or answer questions to spell or put together a coherent sentence?

truthfully i am not astonished by the inability of the ppl on yahoo answers to spell, ar use correct grammar. especially after they instituted this whole idiocy of no child left behind.... our children have grown dumber by the year

Sorry sweetie, but you're one of those people. The correct way to say this would be, "Is anyone else astounded, frightened, and concerned by people's inabiltiy to spell and/or put together a coherent sentence when asking or answering a question?"

well i am completely literate sometimes i type really fast and hit the wrong keys so maybe some people are hitting the wrong keys by mistake or using short cuts so they dont have to type so much.

Nope, there there are much worse things to worry about. Besides it is beyond ones control. So it is futile to even think about it. Unless you are unable to do it, because you are a control freak... lol
