I have a serious problem with sweating at night. The issue is that it is only from my head and hair. I wake up at night with the pillows drenched. It is like someone poured lots of water on my head. I am unable to use pillowcases. The rest of my body can even be chilled but I still sweat from my head can anyone help...

any type of night sweats need to be addressed by your doctor.....if you use peppermint oil on your scalp or neck it should help, but you need to find the cause!

You did not give your age but........ it sounds like you are going through the change of life. ( Menopause ) Night sweats are the pits and hot flashes are horrible of course the mood swings are just terrible. If you are not in the age group for Menopuse then maybe you should go to the Doctor to see what is going on.

I sometimes have that problem when I take a nap during the day. My daughter has the same problem. I don't really know the reason for it though.
