!991 reflex, motor scooter, 4500 miles? in good condition. Is it wort $3,000?

Unless you're in a different country, Honda just did the Reflex as a 200cc here in the US.
These were street legal, and actually are still very popular - especially with folks who just want a lightweight bike that can putt around on dirt roads, but is still legal on pavement.
In the northwest, they typically sell for at least $1300 in good condition.
If you're overseas, you might want to include your country, because values are considerably different depending on your location.

reflex was a on /off rd. designed in the TRAILS style u know standing on the footpegs,climbing on rocks,small seat - bike probally didn't sell for that much new-check blue book
