At 2cm you probably already lost your mucous plug. I usually lose my plug at around 30 weeks and then slowly dilate over the course of 7 weeks at which point I am then about 8cm and 80% effaced. So yes you can still go to term but also remember that you will have increased fluids as "the day" approaches. Also you will be considered term once you hit 36/37 weeks and you can have a healthy baby at that point. You do not have to go to 40 weeks. most of my 6 were all born at 37 weeks and all weighed around 9 pounds or more so 40 weeks is not the norm for everyone.
As for the breast leakage, it is colostrum; aka milk. Your breasts are getting ready for baby and have started making milk; colostrum since you first became pregnant. I leaked the most with my first 3 but with my last 3 I don't leak anymore.

I am 39 weeks right now and I believe I lost my mucus plug at 36 weeks...I am just now beginning to dialate and contract. Mine also had no blood in it. And the fluid it colostrum...it is normal. I have been leaking since I was 5 months along. Mine has just gotten worse as I near the birth. I have had to use nursing pads. Your perfectly normal!!!

Yes, absolutely possible. It's probably your mucus plug, since you're dilating. The baby is considered term at 37 weeks, and since you're on meds you'll surely make it til then. You baby will be fine. Losing the mucus plug does not mean that you will have the baby immediately. Don't worry about it, just relax.... the stress isn't good for you.
Your breast is leaking colostrum. It's the milk that the breasts make when the baby is first born, and sometimes before it's born. Don't worry.
Congrats on your pregnancy! :)

It was most likely the plug and you can relax cause it may take a few more weeks till you go into labor. The fluid is normal-you are getting ready to lactate.

you should contact your doctor about the plug, and its not always bloody. The fluid is breast milk, you can buy cotton reusable or disposable breast pads at walmart.

This is the foulest question I have ever read on the answers board. Try and disguise your question a little better, to protect the young and innocent please. Like maybe "question about my mucus plug?" and then go into detail in the question. I think I just threw up in my mouth a little.
