It's all in the knees. It takes practice. A slight knee jiggle will make your butt wiggle.

Flap your butt? It would flap naturally on every step if it was split horisontally rather than vertically.... But, given the anatomy, I think it's hard to achieve.

lol you bend like ur gonna sit , like a squat and then , stick out ur chest in and out really fast and it will cause a chain reaction lol vibration to the butt!
