The Brits do and look at what they stopped from happening.
Just curious as to what everyone thinks.

YES! Let's be real about this. The folks who most want to do harm to this country are mostly not of European descent. It is driven by a primarily Arab (but lets not forget the Muslims of African descent or the Iranians), mostly younger men, and generally travel alone or in very small groups. I don't think it should be racial profiling alone, but race should definitely be a be part of it. Lets face it folks, that 70 year old granny from Duluth or that family of 4 from Tampa is probably not going to cause a problem. that bearded young man of Middle Eastern descent who is acting nervous and sweating should light off all kinds of alarms, don't you think?

You don't try to find the animal that ate your cat by investigating the sheep or other herbivores, do you?

YES!!! We should most definetly profile anyone thought to be of or helping terrorists. If not and we give into the liberal mindset of views of "racism" we are only allowing anyone to come in and do as they wish. If the liberals and democrats were in tune of terrorists they would know not all terrorists are of middle eastern descent. Some come from this land of freedom and are born here too.

So, YES, profiling anyone we believe, suspect or just plain think might be involved with terrorists in any way, should be kept under a watchful eye any means necessary! And by any means necessary, I am talking about not just profiling. I am sick of hearing on the news, that actually talk about important events! Where these mosques hold known people talking about the overthrow of America, the destroying of America, and the plain talk about acts to take down America! Put microphones in mosques, use effective measures and the instant anyone talks about death to America, destroying America, rush in capture them and kick them out of the country and make sure they never get back and still keep watchful eyes on them!

But no, can't do that, infringing on the "rights" of the very people that wants to destroy this country! Time America starts taking action back, we are a country, we are country of freedom and for those that want to destroy the people that live here and destroy and defile the land. I say it is time to fight back! But no instead news instead of focusing on important issues, focusing on the terrorists that come through, and boast and proudfully exclaim they come through illegally by Mexican border. The news instead chooses to talk about that whore that got pulled over for a DUI in California!

Profiling. That is but one thing we need to start doing to protect this country.

I don't think that any country should use racial profiling anywhere. Do you seriously think I wear a feathered headband and carry a tomahawk or bow and arrow everywhere? Not many people of my kind do anymore. Just because there are some serious wackos out there doesn't mean that everyone with olive skin should have to suffer for it.

Sure do. Sorry, but I really don't care about hurting any ones feelings here. It's a fact that our enemies are of the Muslim faith. That's a fact. I know that not all Muslims are terrorists - but how else can we manager the situation.

If I were a Muslim wife and mother living in any free country - I would change my religion. Faith is in your heart - not wrapped around your head. I would want to protect my family and I believe my God would want me too.

Just as I would not be walking around Iran with my blue eyes waving an American flag. Just doesn't make sense to me.

Yes I think the United States should do profiling on immigrants who are moving into this country too.. But it's not considered "politically correct" to do so.. So we're just wating for another 9/11 to happen.

I just do not see why they do not run checks on whoever is flying. Most people get their tickets at least 7 days ahead. I think with all the technology why can't they just run your name through some data base. I am for profiling and I think we have become to politically correct.
