-"J-B Weld" is a miracle cure for broken bike stuff, when no force is required on the part. You can get it at hardware stores.
-It's an epoxy that comes in two tubes. when mixed together it dries as strong as hardened steel. It's impervios to water, gasoline, oil. When dry can be filed, sanded, painted.
-I've broken the post for the float pivot.
-While using an impact wrench, I've broken where a screw goes to attach the float bowl.
-Plastic side covers. Crazy glue was to brittle and kept breaking.
-Engine side cover. A crash put a crack in it.
-J-B Weld fixed every thing.
-Broke the handle of a ratchet in half. Threw away the broken part, carved a mold out of wood, made a handle out of J-B Weld and J-B Welded it to the ratchet head.
