well in america itz $150 - $200 dollars and for a controler itz like 20 buckz but the system already comes wit a controller

Hes talking about a multi-tap, not the acutual system. A multi-tap in america would run you from $15-$20 U.S. The controller will run you between $20-$25. I do not know how much it would be in Singapore, so you might have to search Google or Yahoo.
