Realize that you don't NEED a boyfriend. Hang out with friends and keep yourself occupied. Have fun, hang out, you don't need to find a boyfriend. One will eventually come to you.

Girlie, well you must be younge because your still in school... here's my suggestion, Stay single and have fun! I just currently turned 22, I have been with my bf for the past 2 years. I sometimes regret having a boyfriend during high school because I missed out on so many cool things! Use this time to get to know yourself, Really! Im being totaly serious. You dont need a man to make you happy! best wishes

if you heed this advice I am about to give you, I think your life will be much more pleasant. I think you would be much better off by putting boyfriends way in the back of your mind. the time now is for learning, focus your attention on your studies. Take this time and learn all that you can. Learn all that it takes to become a responsible young adult.Learn how to be NOT LONELY! you are way too young to experience such dismall emotions. live your life young lady and forget about boys for now

You need to get a life for yourself. Don't rely on a boyfriend to bring you life...that's called "co-dependent". Volunteer somewhere, join a club, get a job, play a sport, find more girlfriends, etc...
Once you are so busy with your own life you won't even think about it having to have someone else.
It is nice to have a boyfriend but not on desperate terms. Good luck.

Just be more outgoing and start talking to guys. If you find someone you like don't be afraid to make the first move and ask them out.

It might not hurt to wait until you have been single longer, no need to act so rushed. But I guess just be nice and do a little flirting to make sure they know your ready to date.
