Any exercise that will work your hips and thighs. I would suggest to eliminate the excess water via water pills or cleansing your body (i.e., colon and total body cleansers). In addition, if you wear a sauna suit while exercising, this could help you lose those hips and thighs. GNC is a good resource for nutritional help and it is free!

Exercis alone would not do . eating habits would help a lot .for girls sweet is the worst enemy . /sweet adds weight for woman. soavoid it . but sugr is esential for energy . so take a minimum of it . since you are already fat , the ody would make use of it if reduce the intake of sugar and fat . Avoid ghee and butter totaly. Avoid potatoes and fried items . do some mile exercise . eat wheat . Roti , chapathy and bread without sugar , pea nut butter , jam etc .
then follow this regimen for some months ;
Crush some ginger after removing he skin compleely. soak it in water over night . Ealyin the morning , add a little honey and some lemon juice to that water . stir well and drink . do this daily in the morning and go far a wals for fifteen minutes if you do not go for any exercis . check your weight befor you start it and check the weight every week to assess the progress ,If you find any improvement in two weeks , continue it for a dfew mots and stop doing it when you reach the desired weight .

sounds like you sit alot... get into yoga and ride a bike... walk them stairs and walk around more frequently.
do some toe touches, knee bends and get into stretching.
also try to increase veggies and fruits... cut down on bread and pasta a little maybe that'll cut out the 'gone to the hips' look.
fresh veggies and fruits now, don't go for that canned crap (you'll really get big hips) and frozen has nothing in it... no minerals to speak of.
you may want to drink more water and lessen the soda load if you like to drink them often.

well, you can't spot tone, so to lose the weight you need to do some kind of aerobics, to tone it you should sit on the floor with your legs staright out in front of them, then bring them up like a 'V' (no hands) and move them back and forhte like scissors, or just hold them there.
