Because Bush brings it onto himself. If he would just tell the truth there wouldn't be a need to speak about him, would there?
here's just one
#12 - SOCIAL SECURITY “CRISIS”
"Thirteen years from now, in 2018, Social Security will be paying out more than it takes in. And every year afterward will bring a new shortfall, bigger than the year before. For example, in the year 2027, the government will somehow have to come up with an extra $200 billion to keep the system afloat -- and by 2033, the annual shortfall would be more than $300 billion. By the year 2042, the entire system would be exhausted and bankrupt. If steps are not taken to avert that outcome, the only solutions would be dramatically higher taxes, massive new borrowing, or sudden and severe cuts in Social Security benefits or other government programs."
-- 2005 State of the Union Address
THE FACTS
“This passage contains three statements worth scrutiny. First, the statement that starting in 2018 the government "will somehow have to come up with" extra billions to stay afloat ignores the fact that there exists a substantial trust fund now invested in US treasury bonds and will make up the shortfall for several decades. Second, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office has projected the trust fund will be exhausted in 2052; the year 2042 is an older figure that came from the Social Security Trustees, who used a different set of economic assumptions. Finally, even after 2052, the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities has noted the system could still pay out 80 percent of normal benefits without new taxes or borrowing.”
In addition, the head of the non-partisan General Accounting Office testified before Congress that Social Security “does not face an immediate crisis”.

I agree. If it is not carried out honest i'm going to bypass away the social gathering possibly for good. it is not appropriate if my determination is maximum advantageous or the different guy or woman. it is relating to the american human beings's voices being heard. I sent am digital mail to the DNC telling them how i think. I recommend others do a similar. do no longer in basic terms take a seat in this board and whinge, take action. edited: If McCain wasn't for the conflict, i might haven't any hassle balloting for him. This conflict is hurting united states of america of america plenty extra beneficial than something the two of the democrats can do. additionally it take a majority congress to bypass any regulations besides. The president in simple terms has veto power which would be overruled by a 2/3 majority. optimistically the Senators will examine the fees beforehand of balloting on them.

Funny, the Republicans who gripe that Democrats 'spew hate about Bush' still to this day spew hate about Bill Clinton. Repugs can dish out criticism, but they cant take it.
Why is Bush hated? We are at war in Iraq -for what? Oh yes, WMD- Remember those? They don't exist, I'm a bit livid at Bush because a good friend of mine died for nothing in Iraq. Bush's administration has demonstrated absolute contempt for the Constitution and civil liberties..Bush is scum, and if he were on fire I wouldn't even piss on him....

Because Bush is a Big Bully who has no real understanding of history. He has his own agenda and it does not include any of us who are not multi-millionaires. Recent Polls taken in many European countries show that they no longer respect the USA and they can't understand why we haven't impeached Bush. Bush's ratings in these polls are way down in the teen figures.
He and his buddies have created the largest deficit this country has ever seen, started a war that was not necessary (One of my children is over there and tells me we really shouldn't be there as our tactics will not work due to their culture being so different) and created huge tax breaks for the multimillionaires. (I am a tax preparer. remember those little 300.00 to 500.00 checks we all got? Well, the people with large incomes got large checks and paid a lot less on their next tax returns.)

They are trying so hard to make not just Bush, but all republicans look bad so they might stand half a chance of getting back in office. Lucky for them media is mostly liberal ran so their quotes can't come back and hurt them even more. Such as Hilary(Hitlery) Clinton's joke of, Ghandi working in a gas station in St. Louis. Or the racist democrat that was outright with his racism and views, only to turn out he had a black daughter. But no one hears about that it seems.
They are trying so hard to get back into office it is insane. Recent example is the "docudrama" coming up soon. If anyone knows anything about Communism, they can see that the Clinton's are doing just this in changing the truth to turn to lies to play well in their facade of a image.
And Democrats wonder why they aren't going anywhere. That was just little bit of info of how they mess themselves up. Not even scratching the surface.

Well they probably are hypocrites, most politicians both sides of the aisle are hypocrites. But if you're going to accuse the Democratic party of lying about Bush you should really provide some examples of those lies. Can you do that?

Consider this: It wouldn't be Hatred and Lies, at all, if it were true, now would it??? ~ Just maybe, there's something here, to investigate!!! ~ Has this administration acutally been guilty, of the things, which Democrats alledge??? ~ After all, there are SOME things which are completely INTOLERABLE, to folks who really love their country, and are genuinely upset, at the attempted destruction of our nation, perpetrated by the Bush administration!!!

"Parties" are giant corporations that consume billions of dollars and tend to splash money around to the best butt-lickers. Why on earth would anybody pay any attention to anyone who claims to be a "party loyal"?
Democrat, Republican, wake up man...they're not our pals. Can't you see the corporate giants sticking their hands up the politician's butts and wagging their jaws? Do you really think the Dem's have the market cornered on manipulating stupid people?
To answer your question, they do it because it is effective. And yes, they are hypocrites, but far worse than that, it is expected and accepted behavior.

Because they have no answer to any "problems" that the rest of the country will agree with. So they HAVE to hate & demonize as a response.
The whole "Plame" case turned out to be a Dem crusade to attack Rove and Cheney and turns out to be Armitage "gossiping"
No Republican effort to punish a "critic" like they ALL werescreaming. Not a peep now about Plame now from the Dems...
