I think that the next time you lose a tooth in a pub brawl or such, you should have your mother's boyfriend Herb (the one that wants you to move out) sleep in your bed. You can decide for yourself if you would like to share the bed, but I assume that you don't.
Wait until Herb falls asleep. Sneak the tooth under the pillow while Herb sleeps in your bed and arrange your explosives. When the tooth fairy visits, set off your explosives. "Two birds with one stone."

Wow, a whole dollar? I feel gypped. The last time the Tooth Fairy visited me I got a quarter. I suppose that I should consider that it was a baby tooth and in the early 60s and after adjusting for inflation, it is equal to $11.89 in today's dollars. So, yes your dental godmother is a cheap skank, oh, by the way say hi to mom for me.
