If she is confused, then it was rape. If u have consensual sex u are pretty aware of it(although some ppl could argue the same way for rape) my friend went through a similar experience. Tell her to go to the hospital and tell the cops her story, They will know what to do better than anyone on this site.

Well....it's consentual if she said yes and went on with it. It's not consentual if she said no repeatedly and he continued on with his business. Rape doesn't have to be violent to be considered rape.
How old are you two? Are you of age? Cause if your not, then it's considered statutory rape and you two need to talk to a trusted adult as soon as possible.

*If she is having second thoughts about the act Then perhaps it was a rape. Now the thing is, did she feel intimtated toward this person?
*Is this someone she would have never went out with or invited into her home?
*Is he still interested in her and want to go out or visit again?
*Was alcohol or any other substances involved in the evening?
*Are there any bruises on him or her, and is she in pain?
*Has she been saying no to sex. If so, it was a rape!

Do Not wait!! If she dosen't know .... get the cops involved ....time is ticking ...if it was a rape (drugs , too drunk to stand) the physical evidence is being washed away by time and a shower .... certian drugs need to be found (if she was drugged) in the first 24 hours .... If ya care for her ... help her get the help she may need !!

How is she confused? If she was under the influence of alcohol or drugs, then yes it was date rape.

well that is hard , but if at any point she said NO to him and he persisted it could be considered rape and she has to report it to the police.
