able to hand out Violations to my customers when they are over the line? You know, play nice, here are the "Community Guidelines", this is a family atmosphere, yada yada yada. Sound fair?

No it sounds like you want to be bossy and that can really
tick people off. Besides, in retail, the public is always right.

Do you not have the authority to ask them to leave the store? Most managers do. I know someone who was asked to leave a Good Will store!!
