color? if it's black that's..ok!* but if it's like red, yellow, pink, purple, blue, green, or white (french manicure) ten it's seriously icky!!

I have been a nail tech for 18 years and have done many a manicure and pedicures on men. YES, some men paint their fingernails. They sell a product called "Nails for Males" and it is a semi-matte (not real shiny) polish. Or you can also do the natural nail buffing which looks great too! I am a firm believer that men should definitely take care of themselves. You GO!!!

Men that are real MEN take care of themselves and their body!
I believe any women wouldn't like to see their men with dirty nails!
This is a question of HYGIENE!!!
But painting.....it is a personal option!
If you like it .....that's what matters!

my son is a emo he paints his black,but some men paint them a light buff color to make them shiny

that's too weird for me.
nail polish is for women, so they can appear more beautiful....men need to be barbaric.......that's sexy to me....not a sissy man.
