I'm a liberal and I try to always be fair and examine both sides of an issue and not call those who have different opinions than me, idiots. But tonight I just can't do it.

Hypocrisy! But remember both sides can be hypocritical.
Do you remember the CBS movie, "The Reagans," that ended up being aired on Showtime? The conservatives did their best to keep it form being aired on CBS while the liberals were screaming "censorship!" Now I predict the liberals will do their best to keep it from airing while the conservatives cry "censorship."
What a bunch of hypocrites on both sides!
If the conservatives cry "foul" when this movie gets bumped from ABC to cable, then they will be hypocrits, too.
I have no problem with the liberals expressing their opinions. I only have a problem with the hypocrisy. When the conservatives did the same type of thing for the "Reagan" movie, the liberals were screaming "censorship!"

I think that the propaganda piece, "Path to 9/11" should be shown in it's entirety AFTER the November elections. It is obvious that this cheesy manipulated pile of crap was created and funded by the the right-wing to sway the electorate (not all that sophisticated to begin with) to vote for candidates who support the Bush regime's rape of America. That ABC would participate in such a sham seems to indicate that they have either been intimidated or infiltrated by the fascist elements trying to totally control America for their own benefit.

it has to do with the attempt to rewrite history, and the accurate findings of the 9-11 commission,,, it's not liberals who are protesting,, it's those who were there,, in the Clinton Administration who have already testified as to the facts,,, members of the CIA,, and also some questioning ABC's,, The Path to 9-11,,, are conservatives

Because it's not censorship unless the government does it.
People are allowed to complain and scream all they want. But if the govt or the courts aren't getting involved, it's not censorship.
It's amazing how many people don't grasp that simple fact.

It is not censorship to ask that the piece of fiction be clearly labeled as a work of fiction. It is honesty in labeling ..truth in advertising that is at issue here, not censorship.
To present a work of fiction as a reality is an attempt to fool the public and garner support for an increasingly unpopular war that already is becoming known to the public as the war lies led us into.

Certainly, that must be a rhetorical question.
Everybody with a brain knows the answer: liberals are hypocrites.
Look at Hillary, ripping off those poor people in the Whitewater scam, and yet posing as a friend of the working class. And look at how she sits on both sides of the fence re Iraq.

Because they are the ones doing the pressure on ABC, they have even threatened to take away ABC licence though the FCC if they do not edit the movie.
So it is obvious freedom of speech is only ok, if you are talking against Bush.

If this movie was 100% true and they were STILL whining about it, then it would be censor ship. But ABC is advertising it as a documentary so they have the duty to present accurate information. Accurate or not, we all know Clinton "blew" it when it came to getting Bin Laden.
