Bridge by elton john?

Elton John performed a song on the CBS Rock Fashion show called The Bridge and I wanted to know if anyone knew where I could find the song or if I even have the title right. I've tried looking on Limewire with no luck. *sigh*

The Bridge is on Elton's new CD "Captain & The Kid" being released Sept. 19th.
