If you have the Real thing it will last 7 years, 10 years....A marriage is still growing in the first ten years... How to avoid it??Do not put yourself in compromising situations...

The seven year itch is called that because often afetr about seven years of wearing a ring somepeople develop reactions to ther rings. Taking them off relieves the itching. Hence the name , it ws usually a reaction to nickle in the rings. nowadays most have more gold in them and less nickle.

As a man you must first learn to give up all of own needs. Your lady comes first. Open doors for her, put on a hot bath, candles and soft music. At least 3-4 times a week rub her back and feet. I've been doing
this for over 20 yrs, and I couln't be happier. I get back (in the sack), 10 X the amout of love I give.

Don't take ur spouse for granted. Make sure you keep the lines of communication open. Remember all the good times you had together. Appreciate the small things she/he does for you. Explore more ways to have great sex.

Have an honest, healthy, loving, and sexual relationship with your spouse. Romance is work. Relationships are work. But work is not unpleasant. Keep it fresh, work of family goals together. Spontanaity, passion, and lots of love. That is how you get through it. Don't destroy each other, and realize that LITTLE things DO MATTER.

You avoid it by thinking with your brain rather than your penis! Balance losing your entire family, house, financial stability, and self-respect with one hour ( or most likely less) of "strange". It shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that equation!
