Thanks for sharing that information. It further substantiates what I have been fairly certain of for almost 5 years. The current regime would not hesitate to do just that. It definitely supports their agenda and the current state of affairs.

Not at all. It demonstrated why the United States has civilian control of the military. The proposal was made, as many are made, and never came close to even entering a procedure of implementation.
No administration has seriously proposed to engage in such acts.
It is nothing like 11 September 2001.
