i feel each of these brains that u talk of have come because of each ones culture. all share basic principles but they are shaped because of heritage that we share. like indians seem to be good at maths and science not crude at business. americans where as are shaped to rigid and tough at things and europeans are bound to knowledge and they they seek it.

You have not made clear what you are referring to when you use the word "brain." Are you asking about a genetic difference or a cultural difference?
There maybe, some cultural differences but there doesn't seem to be any studies defining genetic differences.
As to putting a value comparison on brains, you would have to first define what is the foundation for that value of "good."

for what ,to eat
their is no difference between races as to brainpower or intelligence
what make the difference is input ,education and training,
a kid from a primitive tribe in the jungle can be as smart as a kid from New york,
I have taught some jungle kids the computer ,and the odd one was much smarter and learned quicker than many privileged white kids that i have come across,
so you can forget about racial or cultural superiority .it does not exist
if I could make a choice ,i still would prefer the primitive brain to educate if it was young enough ,because they have not been contaminated by the mass media brain washings of modern society
and the capacity to learn is the same

Brains are the same. What matters is what your society (and your parents and siblings) tell you is important. If your folks stress math skills (like most Asian parents seem to) you'll be good at math. If your folks stress nothing (like us Americans) you'll be fat, stupid, and join the NRA.

All brains are equal, but the implicit maxim today is: some brains are more equal than others!
