I have played the Trombone for 10 years. I want to learn a new instrument.

All my Fiance wants to do is have cheap kinky sex. She says our sex life will go into the toilet once we get married and I can become a One Man Band at that point if I want to.

Is she right???

Derwood. Learning any new instrument will extend your creativity further than you can imagine. Almost like playing "musical chess..." I think it's great. (even though you're prob. messing with me)... but Really... If it's IN YOUR BLOOD then you must play the Sax and whatever you want to learn and she must support it. It's not like you're taking up a gay prostitution habit. It's just the Sax. Right?
Part of growing in a relationship is learning to accept each others changes, wants and needs. And to BOTH be supportive of each others "weird things" and changes. You guys are still so young. God knows what one of you will want to do in your 70's. Jeeze!! LOOK OUT!!!
Who am I kidding? If you really love the idea of playing the Sax and she doesn't care less. then dump her. (oops...I mean let her go gently). If you don't, it will FOREVER be "should have would have could have" and she will always bring it up.Thus... lead to bitterness and resentfullness.
You and your fiance's sex life should have NOTHING to do with the fact that you're in a one man band or whatever. JESUS! Maybe you could teach her how to play the trombone. She may even like it. Or better yet...I play the guitar and the piano and it has always done WONDERS for my sex life. It's creative. RIGHT??? Do the math. ****! Have her play the Triangles or the tambourine!

You are a three-part being: The Spirit, The Soul, and the Body.
Your spirit has a relationship with GOD, your soul is the decision maker, and your body basically houses your spirit and your soul.

Man was the only thing made with God's hands, everything else was created by HIS words.

So think how blessed you are and how much God took HIS own hands to create man. Don't let someone who is not even your wife dictate the functions of your body. If she cannot wait until marriage and believe sex will faulter later. It will because spoke it!

Continue to be a man. Tell her to take a class in Finance before you get married.

I have been married 3 times.
Every time after a few years sex gets boring. I'm sorry to say sex is just not as fun after a couple gets used to oneanother.
It helps to spice it up and do different things in the bed room.
to new stuff have fun with it.

Your fiancee' must understand that abstinence is important to you and your relationship and actually gives you the opportunity to concentrate on other intimate parts of one another. I mean really vibing with one another intellectually and spiritually. Sex tends to be a selfish animal: once it is unleashed, it's appetitie for itself is insatiable and it only focuses on more flesh. If this is the young lady you want to spend the rest of your life with, don't fall prey to her lusty tactics. Stick to your guns and you will definitely be glad you did.

Your mind is a many splendored thing. Whatever you feed it will be what it craves. If you're tryng to keep yourself to yourself, be careful of what you watch on TV (everything is saturated with sex) and with what music you listen to. Music lingers in your psyche longer than visual images even when you're not paying attention (ie, humming weird music in the grocery store isles unknowingly). And this part may be hard, but you must limit physical contact with your fiancee'. If you're dieting, you don't take one bite of cake and see that it's sweet and say that's enough. No, your body will turn on you and devour the whole cake and lick the plate! Be careful and walk in wisdom. Help your lady to see that your wishes must be respected in this area. If you give in to this issue, she'll be running over you for the rest of your life and using sex to manipulate you. It's the downfall of many, many great and brilliant men....Bill Clinton, Ted Kennedy, Martin Luther King, R Kelly(smile) David and Sampson in the bible. Keep your head up man and be strong...You can do it!

Why would it go down the toilet? I think its nice that you want to abstain from premarital sex. I know it sounds cliche but how many older people have you heard say..." I wish I would have waited." Good luck.
