Your 95 Hyundai Accent has a hydraulic clutch. The clutch is engaged by fluid pressure when you push the pedal. If you look under the hood there should be a small container next to the brake master cylinder for clutch fluid. This may be empty or need fluid to get the clutch to work. IT will use brake fluid also. If the clutch master cylinder is low you have a leak in the clutch hydraulic system. It could be a bad clutch master cylinder, or a bad slave cylinder on the transmission, or a broken release fork in the transmission. Check the fluid in the clutch master cylinder. If you still have the owner's manual to the vehicle, it will help you to pinpoint the location to refill it to take it for repairs. If you are losing fluid it needs to be taken to a professional shop. Refilling may give you enough clutch to drive it to get it repaired. The hydraulic system needs to checked, and repaired, and bled free of air to work properly. Have it towed if you cannot get the clutch to work to save from damaging the transmission.

You don't say what kind of a car, but you certainly do have a clutch problem of some kind.
If your car has a HYDRAULIC clutch, it could be merely low on fluid. Add some brake fluid to the clutch master cylinder and bleed it.
If it is a mechanical clutch, then adjustment may be called for, or perhaps it has a broken cable or linkage.
It is also possible that the clutch itself has failed, and will require replacement

Your man has serious trust issues. If he's controlling while you're dating-it'll get worse when you're married. 7 months in my opinion is NOT long enough to know what love is and to want to spend the rest of your life with one guy. It takes about 6-7 months to get out of the puppy love stage and move into a deeper connection. Seriously, if you have to ask this then it's already not going to work out. Talk to him about his trust and control issues. Make your engagement longer and really think things through.

they didnt understand your question but it is pretty simple what may have happened when they put the exhaust on they probably broke the line going to the clutch it runs down beside the exhaust and they may have hit it installing the exhaust you should have it checked and if that is the problem take it back to them and tell them they should fix it for free

You have no clutch. Could be mechanical or hydraulic problems.
