Don't just tell him like that.. Just flirt with him and start getting close to him.. If he likes you.. he will tell YOU.. and if you see that he is too shy..the YOU..tell him.. but after you are sure he likes you too... GOOD LUCK!

I think you should tell him that you like hime before someone else takes him away and you might just regret that for the rest of your life if you don't take action now.
