Just intalled Roadrunner high speed and have a problem.?

When I am in email and I click on Compose before I got high speed the curser automatically came up on the To: line and if you put in the lst letter all the names in your address book came up. Now the curser no longer comes up and when I click it on myself it no longer will bring up the names when I put in the lst letter of the name. How can I fix this problem.? Thanks

Ron, No I didn't change email. I kept my same Home Page and same email info. It was installed on Aug 30th and it did work right for the first few days.

Did your email address change after you got Roadrunner, such as from your previous ISP to your new one? Are you using an email client?

If you were using email from your old ISP and you're now using email from Roadrunner, it might not have your old addresses saved anymore since you're technically on a new system. It should start automatically remembering all your past addresses once you start entering them in again though.
