At the moment they are about 20 times cheaper than the UK .
You get a lot for your money in Poland.
I bought mine 2 years ago.
There are still many bargains to be had especially in Mazury which is like the Polish lake district.
In three years time they will be higher and are going up all the time.
The Polish law does not allow foreigners to buy any substantial property until 7 years after the date of joining the European union
So 4 and a half years left to wait unless you just want to buy a flat or small house.

The link to allegro is the Polish eBay type site it will open on houses for sale. 5.8 zloties = £1
The polosa link is to an estate agent.

I would hope they will increase as Polands economy grows stronger as a result of its inclusion into the EU.
I like the Polish, they are polite and grafters.... for my opinion in response to the comments posted here... i think Britain can only benefit from their presence here in Britain. They work hard and contribute to our economy by increasing British work force and productivity.

Don't know but I'll probably be going to find out as they're forcing me out of my own country. In my local supermarket it's sometimes difficult to detect an English speaker. Such is the New Labour Britain!!
