How do I get my IPOD shuffle back?

My shuffle is ok battery wise. When I hit play the amber and green light blink. Itunes does not see it either. Any ideas?

mine did the same thing...you just prally pluged it in to someone elses iTunes so all ur songs have been erased off ur ipod...just add ur songs on it again and it should work

You have to reset it when the light blinks green & orange.
